MAC Volunteers

The Mairangi Arts Centre has a great team of volunteers who are an integral part of the centre. Our volunteers contribute enormously by:

Assisting with exhibitions
Staffing the reception
Assisting with exhibition openings and events
Administration
School Holiday assistance and so much more.

Mairangi Arts Garden

Mairangi Arts Garden (MAG) is situated right above our main facilities and is maintained and managed by volunteers. We hold regular working bees and always welcome those that are keen to offer a helping hand. You can follow us here on MAG Facebook page for the latest updates and next working bee.

Mairangi Art Centre (MAC) Board of Trustees has a vacancy for a Trustee. Someone willing to support Auckland`s North Shore Community with its aim of promoting the Arts.

With a view to maintaining good governance and the ongoing successful operation, MAC is looking for a volunteer with experience, particularly it the field of IT and/or Finance.

Your commitment is to a monthly Board meeting (1 to 1 and a half hours), together with the occasional input/guidance to the fulltime employees (3) in matters relating to the successful running of the Centre.
