Anna is a multidisciplinary artist and illustrator, originally from Minas Gerais, Brazil. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Fashion Design and Fine Arts from Federal University of Minas Gerais, followed by a Master's Degree in Languages and Fashion. She has since worked in several high-end fashion brands and spent two years living in Japan, studying Japanese culture and languages. Anna’s passions have always been art and teaching, with the two crossing many times during her time in Japan and Brazil. She has two teaching philosophies: “anyone can learn to draw and paint”, and “learning should be fun, regardless of age.” She has joined several art exhibits in Brazil, with her most recent watercolour works being showcased in an exhibition called “Hana-ten” at the Gallery Hana Usagi in Fukuoka, Japan.
Now based in New Zealand, she is eager to pass on her skills to budding artists of all ages and abilities.
