"There are lots of edible and delicious plants already growing wild in the spray-free park/garden area around MAC. Let's try to identify as many as we can so that we can be excited about the already delicious landscape that is around us.

I know a few, you probably know some different ones... we can learn from each other... and the SMARTphone.

Then, let's make some snacks and tea and share ideas about a "Weeds Restaurant" where we collect freely growing plants and come up with delicious treats throughout the seasons.

Bring: Your own knowledge, smartphone (installed with a plant identification app?), a plant identification book, or nothing at all!.. Also recommend joining Plant Identification New Zealand"

This is a regular project, so if you can't come on this day please let Chris know and we can organise a time (weekend or weekday) when we can all meet.
