Hui Ngātahi: Coming Together

Celebrate MAC's 30th anniversary with us in this special exhibition. Partnering non-profit organisations (Te Herenga Waka o Orewa, Oriental Calligraphy Group, Wairau Valley Special Transition Centre, Whangaparaoa College, North Shore Salon of Photography and For the Love of Bees) share their reflections on the past, celebrate the present and plan for the future during this Matariki exhibition.

Join us on Saturday 26th June 12PM, as students from Northcross Intermediate School will provide a Kapa Haka to open our ceremony. Kaiwhakahaere/Chairman of Te Herenga Waka o Orewa, Kereama Nathan will also provide a karakia as his whanau present their Taonga for public viewing for the first time.

Hui Ngatahi: Coming Together is in conjunction with Auckland's Matariki Festival and proudly supported by HIbiscus and Bays Local Board, Foundation North, Gordon Harris Albany, C.C.G, Hiroba Sushi and New World Browns Bay.
