Local food creative Tracey Jane Sunderland (http://www.thegalley.co.nz/) will be leading us on a delicious adventure in the (free) Citrus Working Bee.

Let’s do ‘preserved lemons’, marmalade and cordial with citrus Tracey, Chris and Stephi collected from "around here" (bring more citrus from your garden too! - the more the merrier!).

Experiment with kawakawa, dandelion, plantain, sorrel, flax seeds (and whatever you can find) from MAC's garden/park (bring your own herbs too!)
