Saturday was one for the books! 🚀
The energy at the launch of our youth businesses was absolutely electric. It’s one thing to have a business plan on paper, but seeing these students step out, pitch their innovative enterprises, and engage with the community was truly something special.
A massive thank you to everyone who came out to shop, chat, and support the next generation of entrepreneurs.
A Special Shoutout to our Community Champions. This was truly a collective collaboration with the incredible support of our partners:
Bays Youth Voice: Thank you for bringing the vibes! The creative activities were a hit, and your help in promoting the event was invaluable.
Rangitoto Teachers: We appreciate you making the most of this opportunity. Your dedication to engaging the public and guiding the students through this “real-world” classroom was inspiring.
Mairangi Bay Businesses: Thank you for being such a pillar of support for our youth and the wider community. It’s local leaders like you who help these students see what’s possible.
This initiative was proudly supported by Foundation North, Community Lotto & Auckland Council & Hibiscus & Bays Local Board 🌺
